Cancellations

Please tell us at least 24 hours ahead if you cannot come, so another athlete can take the time. We tell you in writing, before your first visit, whether a missed visit carries a fee.

Clean needles and safety

We use sterile, single-use needles, open them in front of you and put them in a sharps container after one use. Your acupuncturist explains the risks before the first needle and answers every question. Needles can cause light bleeding, bruising or soreness, and, rarely, more serious problems that your acupuncturist describes.

Race week

Tell us your event dates. We keep the days before a race simple, and we suggest trying anything new well ahead of it.

Access

Tell us what you need: a ground-floor entrance, a lower table, a visit without scents, or extra time. We plan the visit with you before you arrive.

Privacy

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Read the privacy page for what this site collects.
